GREETING
Many will praise
their understanding;
it will never be blotted out.
All :
Their memory
will not disappear,
and their names
will live through
all generations.
My dear friends,
we are gathered here today
to remember (N...)
whom we celebrate his/her
(Months/ Years) anniversary
since his/ her passing.
Time goes by,
but the memory of (N...),
our loved one,
will never be erased
from our minds and hearts.
Therefore, let us now raise
our minds and hearts
to our God in prayer.
All-powerful and merciful God,
as we gather here
in this holy place,
we commend to You (N...),
Your servant,
who departed from this world
(Months/ Years) ago.
In Your mercy and love,
blot out all the sins
he/ she has committed
through human weakness
and bring him/her
into the everlasting joys
of Your kingdom.
We ask this
through Christ our Lord.
All : Amen.
WORD OF GOD
A reading from
the prophet Isaiah
(Is 49:13, 15-16)
Sing for joy,
O heavens, and exult,
O earth; break forth,
O mountains, into singing!
For the Lord has
comforted his people,
and will have compassion
on his suffering ones.
Can a woman forget
her nursing-child,
or show no compassion
for the child of her womb?
Even these may forget,
yet l will not forget you.
See, I have inscribed you
on the palms of my hands.
The word of the Lord.
All : Thanks be to God.
PSALM 22
You who fear the Lord,
praise Him!
All you offspring of Jacob,
glorify Him;
stand in awe of Him,
all you offspring of Israel!
For He did not despise
or detest the affliction
of the afflicted;
He did not hide
His face from me,
but heard when
I cried to Him.
The poor shall eat
and be satisfied;
those who seek him
shall praise the Lord.
May your hearts live
forever!
All the ends of the earth
shall remember
and turn to the Lord;
and all the families
of the nations
shall worship before Him.
To Him, indeed,
shall all who sleep
in the earth
bow down;
before Him
shall bow all
who go down
to the dust,
and I shall live for Him.
Posterity will serve Him;
future generations
will be told
about the Lord,
and proclaim his deliverance
to a people yet unborn,
saying that he has done it.
All:
Glory be to the Father,
and to the Son,
and to the Holy Spirit,
as it was in the beginning,
is now and ever shall be,
world without end.
Amen.

Our Father, who art in heaven,
hallowed be thy name;
thy kingdom come,
thy will be done on earth
as it is in heaven.
Give us this day
our daily bread;
and forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those
who trespass against us;
and lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.
Amen.
Hail Mary, full of grace,
the Lord is with you.
Blessed are you amongst women
and blessed is the
fruit of your womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God,
pray for us sinners now,
and at the hour of our death.
